Welcome to St. David's Day Care
We are a small and intimate Day Care Center that can accommodate children from 1 month to 5 years old. We operate Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm. We limit enrollment to 9 children per classroom, which gives us an average child to teacher ratio of 3 to 1.

We are located at Saint David's Church, and have been in operation for over 10 years. We have a reputation in the community as an outstanding small program. We welcome all denominations and religions.

We have a modern, safe, and clean facility with beautiful grounds that your children will enjoy. You can feel confidant to leave your children in our caring hands. Mrs. Sally Mavroides has been our Director for 8 years. Her certifications include BA Child Development and BS Elementary Education. She is Massachusetts EEC Certified for Lead Teacher Infant/Toddler, Lead Teacher Preschool, Director I and II. All of our staff is Infant CPR certified, and have undergone full background checks and CORI checks.

Cost:
Currently, our price for full time students is $225 per week. Please inquire about our other possible partial week options.

Philosophy:
Our goal is to provide a high quality, safe, nurturing environment for your infant,toddler and preschooler to grow and thrive in. Our warm, nurturing staff will meet the physical and emotional needs of each child in our care. Our safe, clean environment will challenge your infant/toddler to develop to their greatest potential. We will provide age and stage appropriate stimulation and activities to encourage your infant/ toddler's physical , emotional, social, and cognitive development. There will be lots of one-on-one interactions between caregivers and children, and the routines that make up a part of an infant/toddler's day will be carried out in ways that will encourage trust in an infant and help toddlers become independent, and encourage self esteem in all ages.
